our team offers Customized Performance Training Sessions in the following areas:
1 on 1
Following a comprehensive evaluation, our Performance Coaches craft an individualized exercise prescription. We focus on improving mechanical flaws first and begin to build a foundation for improved and sustained sports performance. Athletes and individuals benefit from a one on one approach toward achieving their goals.
Similar to our 1 on 1 training, our partner training sessions work toward improving overall sports performance of both athletes or individuals involved. Partners work together toward achieving their goals with the benefit of having a teammate there to foster some friendly competition and keep each other motivated.
Small Group (3+)
Our small group training sessions are private sessions in which clients can work in a group of 3 or more individuals that are all working toward similar goals. These sessions work best among teammates so that all athletes have similar schedules in and outside the facility and sessions can be more regularly attended by all participants
