Same great training, new FLEXible schedule.

    Now offering membership-based Strength, Speed, and Stability programs.

      Our new Flex Training Memberships at FASSST afford our clients the flexibility to schedule their training program around their other sports and obligations. We are now offering 2 day a week, 3 day a week, and unlimited packages at a monthly rate. Athletes and individuals 13 & up are eligible for FLEX training. Any 8 – 12 year olds, please ask about our Rookies and Futures programs.

      All athletes and individuals will first undergo a complete Performance Evaluation inclusive of subjective and objective measures. An individualized program will then be crafted by our Head Performance Coach which addresses inefficiencies noted during the evaluation, time frame, season of training, and overall goals. Participants will then register for one of the monthly packages below. Scheduling of sessions will then occur through our NJ FASSST app (available for download in the app store and google play) or through the front desk directly. Athletes and individuals will be coached through their individualized programs during the session times they choose.
